Sean Dug­gan joins Assuri­ty as Work­site Region­al Sales Manager 

Sean Duggan joined Assurity as Regional Sales Manager for the Gulf Coast Region. He serves as the new point of contact for worksite sales in Georgia, Mississippi and Alabama, where he will manage and develop business relationships with insurance brokers, health and voluntary benefit agencies and producers.

Duggan brings 16 years of industry experience with national voluntary insurance carriers, including his time as Territory Manager and as a District/Regional Sales Coordinator. Sean’s career includes sales regions in Hawaii, San Diego and the Orange County/Inland Empire region of Southern California.

“Sean’s impressive depth and breadth of worksite industry knowledge stands out. He brings additional leadership experience and expertise to our worksite sales team,” said Jack Douglas, Vice President for Worksite Sales.

Duggan has earned numerous sales awards and honors in his career. He is a past president of the South Atlanta Health Underwriters Organization, now known as The National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). He is currently an officer with the Northwest Georgia NABIP Chapter.

Duggan is a native of San Diego, Calif. His education includes a bachelor’s degree in political science from Buffalo State University – SUNY, in Buffalo, New York.

He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Kelly. Their family includes two adult sons, Brian and Bryce.
